Counselling Waiting List as at 10th July 2026

Due to the size of our waiting list we are not currently taking any new referrals for counselling. We don’t have a timescale yet for it to reopen, however we will update this message once we do, giving around 2 weeks notice of it reopening, so please keep checking.

If you need to talk to someone in the meantime view other help and resources here, contact Samaritans on: 116 123; try another counselling agency or talk to your GP.

Women’s wellbeing drop-in group

A safe, supportive space for women to connect, breathe, and be themselves

Fridays 1 pm – 3 pm during term time – held at The Tree of Life Centre

A calm, welcoming space for women aged 18+ who would benefit from:

Gentle wellbeing activities Supportive conversation
Time away from pressure
Connection with other women
A place to feel heard and understood
A safe, women-only environment
