Counselling:

Qualified counsellors

We are a BACP accredited counselling service and are looking for qualified counsellors to volunteer with us and support those in need who come to TLC for support.

We welcome counsellors in any stage of their career, but this would also be an ideal opportunity for newly qualified counsellors looking to gain experience or for those who are building up their hours towards accreditation.

Candidates would need to hold a Diploma in Counselling or equivalent and a DBS check would be undertaken prior to starting.

We would ask for a minimum of half a day/evening per week, and you will be offered a place in a supervision group for any clients seen for TLC

Fundraiser

We are looking for volunteers to help raise funds for our charity through fundraising. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, good communication and organisational skills are essential.

The role can be tailored to suit an individual’s skills and could include: leading and organising fundraising activities, researching and submitting grant applications, approaching local companies for sponsorship/support. The hours are flexible and can be tailored to fit your availability.

It will involve thinking outside the box for new fundraising ideas to bring in much needed extra funding for the charity.
