Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible.

To cancel contact the centre by telephone on 01484 461098, text 07563 223308 or email on counselling@thetlc.org.uk

None Attendance

We are a very small charity with a long waiting list. If you don’t cancel your appointment but don’t attend you may be removed from the current client list and you will have to re-apply.
