Cancelling Appointments

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible.

To cancel contact the centre by telephone on 01484 461098, text 07563 223308 or email on counselling@thetlc.org.uk

None Attendance

We are a very small charity with a long waiting list, and regular cancellation of sessions or failure to attend without notifying us may mean you are removed from the current client list and you will have to re-apply.  Please see our Attendance Policy for more details

To make a payment for a session, you can either pay by cash on the day or use one of the options here
