Yes – I got an email message that you had joined and another to say a new topic had been started.
But I do not think I receive an alert when a new item has been posted on an existing topic. Is that the case? Maybe you could try responding to this and I will see?
If this is the case – is it possible to alter things so you get an alert when a response is posted? Without this , the system won’t work for our group as they wil not log in unless they know there us something new to read.
THansk very mcuh, This faciltiy would be crucial because ememebs of the group are very busy people and the TLC group i sjust one small part of their lives. They would never have time to look at the TLC on spec.
Is see there is a chat room. If we use it we would need to set up a special timed ocassion in advance adn invite specific people to join – like a teleconference. I am not sure if it would be better than a telecon, but I could certainly offer it to our conference planning team and see what they say.
Hello Andrew, Apologies for the delay but i’ve been getting the Chat facility up and running. I’m not sure how useful Chat would be for conferencing but if you are online and someone else is working within the group you will be able to see who else is online and have immediate contact with them.
I will let you know when i have any news on the automated reponses for Forum posts.

Just out of interest have you been able to use the new Live Chat facility yet?
