One of the outcomes of the Strategic Options Analysis may well be the decision to proceed towards merger. In order to further help the next stages of the process, a series of checklists are provided in this document, which, it is hoped, will provide some assistance to College Governors, managers and planners by anticipating many of the key questions and challenges which the colleges may face as they move down the road to union.
