Behaviour Management Series

New Behaviour Management Podcast series from LSDA NI


LSDA NI has launched a new five-part podcast series on behaviour management. The series is designed to accompany LSDA NI’s recent publication ‘Behaviour Management – the whole organisation approach’. The series is written and presented by the authors of the publication: Joe Higgins and Mark Byrne.


The series will be relevant to all those who deliver and support the delivery of learning in an educational or training setting.


Although intended for the post-16 sector, it will be of interest to other providers e.g. schools and community groups or voluntary agencies.


Episode details:


Episode 1 – Recognising disruptive behaviour


Episode 2 – Understanding disruptive behaviour


Episode 3 – Preventing disruptive behaviour


Episode 4 – Dealing with disruptive behaviour


Episode 5 – The LSDA NI behaviour management training programme


What you need to listen to podcasts:

  • Broadband Internet connection
  • Audio speakers or headphones; required for listening to podcasts on your computer.
  • Software, such as iTunes, for playing the podcast. iTunes is available for free download from www.apple.com/uk/itunes/
  • Portable media player required for portable listening. (e.g., iPod, or another media player or mobile phone that supports MP3 files).
